Meeting and Boardrooms can be very expensive areas which often only get used for a limited amount of time, but still cost you the same price per square foot as the rest of your office, we tend to look at meeting rooms as functional areas so will often consider flexible products which enable you to make better use of this area, so when the area is not being used for meetings it may become a touch down or hot desking area, training room or quiet room.
